WARRANTY POLICY

This HVAC Warranty Agreement is made and issued by Ridgeline HVAC LLC to the original customer (“Client”) for work completed at the installation address.

 

1. Warranty Coverage

 

a. Labor Warranty

Ridgeline HVAC LLC guarantees all labor performed under this contract for a period of one (1) year from the installation date (“Warranty Period”). If any workmanship-related issues arise within this period, Ridgeline HVAC LLC will provide necessary repairs at no additional labor cost.

 

b. Parts Warranty

All installed equipment and parts are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Any defective parts will be replaced according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Ridgeline HVAC LLC is not responsible for manufacturer delays, limitations, or exclusions.

 

2. Warranty Exclusions

 

This warranty shall be void in the event of:

    •    Neglect or Lack of Maintenance: Failure to follow proper maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer.

    •    Water Damage or Fire: Damage caused by floods, leaks, fire, or other external incidents.

    •    Tampering or Unauthorized Repairs: Any modifications, repairs, or servicing performed by unauthorized persons.

    •    Improper Use: Failure to operate the system according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

 

3. Claim Process

 

To request service under this warranty:

    2.    Provide proof of installation date and details of the issue.

    3.    Allow reasonable access for inspection and repair.

 

4. Limitations & Liability

    •    This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original installation at the specified location.

    •    Ridgeline HVAC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from equipment failure.

    •    Warranty service is limited to labor costs. Any additional costs, such as refrigerant refills, diagnostic fees, or manufacturer shipping fees, may be the responsibility of the Client.

 

5. Agreement Acknowledgment

 

By scheduling with Ridgeline HVAC LLC, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this warranty.

PAYMENT POLICY

Ridgeline HVAC LLC – Payment Policy

 

Effective 01/01/205, this payment policy applies to all HVAC service work provided by Ridgeline HVAC LLC.

 

1. Payment Terms

    •    Payment for all HVAC service work is due in full upon completion of the job.

    •    Accepted payment methods are: cash, check, credit card

    •    Clients will receive an invoice upon job completion detailing services rendered and the total amount due.

2. Late Payments & Fees

    •    If payment is not received at the time of service, a late fee of 10% per day may be applied to the outstanding balance.

    •    Accounts past due by (30) days may be subject to collection efforts, and the Client will be responsible for any associated collection or legal fees.

3. Special Circumstances & Financing Options

    •    Large Projects & Installations: For larger jobs exceeding $1,500, a deposit of 50% will be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

    •    Payment Plans: For qualified clients, Ridgeline HVAC LLC may offer structured payment plans. Terms and eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

    •    Third-Party Financing: Clients interested in financing options may be referred to approved third-party lenders. Ridgeline HVAC LLC is not responsible for financing approval or terms set by third-party providers.

4. No Refund Policy & Service Adjustments

    •    All payments are final. Ridgeline HVAC LLC does not offer refunds for completed work.

    •    If a client experiences an issue with service or installation, Ridgeline HVAC LLC will:

    •    Conduct a thorough assessment to determine the cause of the issue.

    •    Provide necessary adjustments or repairs within 30 days of job completion if the issue falls within the scope of workmanship or warranty.

    •    Offer additional service options if needed, but refunds will not be granted due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with manufacturer products, or external factors beyond Ridgeline HVAC LLC’s control.

5. Exclusions for Service Adjustments

The 30-day service adjustment policy does not cover issues caused by:

    •    Customer negligence, including failure to follow manufacturer or contractor recommendations for operation and maintenance.

    •    Accidental or intentional damage caused by the customer or third parties.

    •    Environmental factors, such as power surges, flooding, fire, or extreme weather conditions.

    •    Tampering or unauthorized repairs performed by anyone other than Ridgeline HVAC LLC.

6. Dispute Resolution

    •    Any disputes regarding service charges must be reported within (10) days of job completion.

    •    Disputed charges do not exempt the Client from paying the undisputed portion of the invoice.

By scheduling service with Ridgeline HVAC LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms.
